Commercial Roofing work in New Jersey

How it works

How a commercial project runs

  1. Survey and core sampling

We map the existing assembly, take cores where needed and identify wet insulation.

  2. Options and budget

You get repair, recover and full replacement priced side by side with expected service life for each.

  3. Phased installation

Work is staged so the building keeps operating, with each section dried in before we leave it.

  4. Close-out documentation

As-built details, warranty registration and a maintenance schedule handed over at completion.

Questions

Commercial Roofing FAQs

Can you work while the building is occupied?

Yes. Most of our commercial work happens around occupancy. We stage materials, control access and sequence the work so tenants and customers are not disrupted.

Is a coating a real alternative to replacement?

Sometimes. If the membrane is sound and the insulation is dry, a coating can add years for a fraction of the cost. If there is trapped moisture in the assembly, coating over it only conceals the problem.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

We do - typically two inspections a year plus post-storm checks, with minor repairs handled under the agreement and anything larger quoted separately.
